Factoring is the purchase and financing of accounts receivable, coupled with the administration of accounts receivable, collection, and advisory services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Factoring is mainly used by businesses to improve cash flow, but can also be used to reduce redundancy in administration. In order to qualify for a factoring transaction, the factoring recipient (Supplier) must operate in credit terms with its customers.
