- Valid ID (Passport, ID Card)for the administrator/s of the Company
- Certificate of registration at the National Registration Centre, Statute of Company, and other appropriate legal documents
- Audited financial statements for at least 1 year, and financial data for the current year
- Business license issued by respective authorities

- Proof of employment, defining the gross salary, job position, and duration
- Bank statement for the last 6 month
- Driving License of the lessee
